At  Devotion Care Inc. our mission is to enhance the lives of people with  intellectual and developmental disabilities, support their families,  strengthen our communities, and build lasting relationships. 

Our  homes are licensed by the State of Maryland as Community Living/Group  Home, under Maryland’s home and community-based waiver program.

 Devotion Care Inc. was created for the sole purpose of providing  exceptional care and habilitation services to individuals with  intellectual and developmental disabilities in Maryland. We are licensed  to provide services in Frederick, Montgomery and Prince George's  County. 

Personal Support, Community Living-Group Home (Residential), Nurse  Consultation, Nurse Case Management & Delegation, OCHDS:  Transportation, Day Habilitation (Day Program). We are managed by an  experienced RN with over 25 years of experience in the field of  healthcare in Europe and North America.
